Riccardo Barberis was appointed Regional President, Northern Europe
in May 2021. In this role, Barberis oversees all of ManpowerGroup's brands and offerings across the
region – Manpower, Experis and Talent Solutions. Barberis will lay the path to further accelerate
ManpowerGroup’s diversification, digitization and innovation plans, creating even more value for
clients and candidates and strengthening our performance in the region.
Barberis joined ManpowerGroup in 1998 and has held numerous
leadership positions in Europe and Latin America, most recently as country manager for ManpowerGroup
Italy. With 25 years of experience including many international roles his deep industry knowledge
and passion for a client-first, candidate-centric approach consistently delivers superior results.
Barberis holds an Executive MBA at Bocconi University (Milan), has
accomplished management programs at INSEAD and speaks five languages. He currently serves as Board
Member of Junior Achievement, Vice President of the Italian Industry Association, Assolavaro and
President of ManpowerGroup's Human Age Institute. Barberis lives with his wife and three children in
Milan.
Richard Buchband

Richard Buchband
Richard Buchband is ManpowerGroup’s Senior Vice President and Chief
Legal Officer. Richard is responsible for all legal strategy and support to the organization,
serving as principal counsel to senior leadership and the Board of Directors. He also serves as
corporate secretary.
A seasoned corporate lawyer and executive with deep in-house
experience with public company issues, Richard has valuable strategic and leadership experience and
is recognized for his work on corporate governance and disclosure. He previously served as Partner
and Associate General Counsel for Accenture plc, a $28 billion consulting, technology services and
outsourcing company. Earlier in his career, Richard worked for investment firm D. E. Shaw &
Company in New York, and as general counsel of its portfolio company, Juno Online Services. He also
served as senior corporate counsel for global travel company Orbitz and as an independent legal
consultant. Richard was invited to the Listed Company Advisory Board of the New York Stock Exchange
in April 2015, and joined the Board of Trustees of the Milwaukee Art Museum in December 2014. He
earned an AB degree from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton
University and a JD from Columbia Law School. Married with two daughters, Richard lives in the
Milwaukee area.

Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic
Dr. Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic joined ManpowerGroup in 2018 as Chief
Talent Scientist, responsible for leading the Center of Excellence for Assessment and
Analytics, developing data-driven solutions and insight to create new value for clients and
candidates by driving predictable performance.
Chamorro-Premuzic is passionate about leveraging people, analytics
and assessment to help individuals understand themselves better and companies better understand
their people. He joined ManpowerGroup from Hogan Assessments, a world leader in personality
assessment, leadership and organizational effectiveness, where he was CEO. He is a Professor of
Business Psychology at University College London and Visiting Professor at Columbia
University in New York.
A well-known international expert in business psychology, people
analytics and talent management, Chamorro-Premuzic has written 10 books and over 150 scientific
papers on the psychology of talent, leadership, innovation, and AI. He has released three TED
talks including two on the topic of his best-selling book, Why Do So Many Incompetent Men
Become Leaders (And How to Fix it). His work has been recognized by the American
Psychological Association, the International Society for the Study of Individual Differences, and
the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
Chamorro-Premuzic regularly speaks at high profile events and shares
his perspective in global media including the BBC, CNN, Harvard Business Review, Financial Times,
Wall Street Journal and Fast Company.
Tomas was born in Buenos Aires. He has spent most of his
professional career in London and now lives in New York with his wife and two children.

ManpowerGroup, Dunn spent over twenty years at GE progressing to leadership roles in global
marketing & strategy most recently as CMO of Global Services for GE Healthcare. In
this role, she launched digital services to enable healthcare clients to realize better
clinical, operational and financial outcomes. Dunn was also responsible for leading
Customer First, a company-wide customer experience program to improve client satisfaction.
Dunn holds
an MBA from the University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree in Engineering from Queen’s
University in Canada. She is passionate about giving back to the community and currently
serves on the Boards of the Betty Brinn Children’s Museum and the Metro Milwaukee chapter of the
American Heart Association.

Monica Flores was named
Regional President of ManpowerGroup Latin America in January 2013 and is responsible for the
company’s operation across 18 countries. Since joining ManpowerGroup in 1994, she has held a
variety of positions across the organization including Managing Director for the Mexico &
Central America region from 2007 to 2012.
She is a passionate
advocate for diversity and developing impactful alliances amongst governments, civil
organizations and private enterprises to close the gap between the supply and demand of talent
in Latin America. Flores is President of the American Chamber of Commerce of Mexico and a member
of the Board of several universities, public institutions and private organizations. In
addition, she is the President of the ManpowerGroup Foundation and Counselor of the STEM
movement. She is the author of How to Find Your First Job, a guide to help young people
begin and develop meaningful and sustainable careers.
Flores has been named
one of the most powerful business women in Latin America and one of the ten main promoters of
diversity. She has been recognized by the Mexican Senate as a “2011 Distinguished Woman” and in
2016 was named “Outstanding Businesswoman of the Year in Mexico and Latin America” by the
Mexican Institute of Public Accountants.
Flores graduated from
the National Autonomous University of Mexico as an Actuary. She holds a Master’s Degree in
Philosophy from the Panamerican University, as well as a Master in Business Administration from
IPADE Business School. Her academic development is also complemented by a Diploma in Philosophy
and History of Mexican Culture. She lives in Mexico City.

Frankiewicz was appointed as a Board of Director for Energizer Holdings, Inc. Before joining
ManpowerGroup, Frankiewicz led one of PepsiCo’s largest subsidiaries, Quaker Foods North
America. There she was responsible for the $2.6B business and was also named by Fast
Company as one of the most creative people in the industry, anticipating and adapting to fast
changing consumer demands.
Prior to her success at
Quaker Foods, Frankiewicz held a variety of senior leadership roles at PepsiCo including leading
Innovation, Finance, Strategy, Sales and Marketing across the PepsiCo portfolio. Prior to
joining PepsiCo, Frankiewicz worked in strategic consulting with Deloitte and Andersen
Consulting.
Frankiewicz has an MBA in
finance, and a BA in Marketing from the University of Texas. She is a marathon runner, and lives

Randy Herold
Randy Herold joined ManpowerGroup in 2018 and is Chief Information
Security and Chief Privacy Officer responsible for overseeing ManpowerGroup’s Information Security
and Privacy efforts globally. Prior to joining ManpowerGroup Herold held technology leadership roles
with PHH, Chubb/ACE Group, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Nielsen/Arbitron and multiple government defense
contractors. He has received various technology related certifications and is a member of numerous
security and technology professional organizations.
Herold holds a degree in Computer Science and has over 25 years of
information technology experience within the public and private sectors, the last 20 of which have
been focused on information security, privacy, data protection, risk management and compliance.
Herold is a graduate of the University of Phoenix and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
He lives in Philadelphia with his wife and three children.

François Lançon joined ManpowerGroup in January 2019 as Regional
President of Asia Pacific and Middle East (APME), overseeing all ManpowerGroup’s strong and
connected brands and offerings across the region – Manpower, Experis, Right Management and
ManpowerGroup Solutions.
Lançon is passionate about building successful organizations with
the right blend of people, skills, processes and technology in a rapidly evolving digital market. He
is a champion for diversity and inclusion, evidenced through his drive to achieve Best Place to Work
(JAPAC) and his role as executive sponsor of women’s leadership programs.
Lançon joined ManpowerGroup from Oracle where he led the APAC
business, responsible for growth, performance and profitability across 25 countries. Prior to his
position at Oracle, Lançon held senior regional leadership positions at SAP, Nortel / Avaya and
Convergys, accelerating transformation and growing market share in Europe, North America and Asia.
He began his career at IBM in France as a software engineer and held multiple leadership and sales
positions in France and the U.S. in his ten years with the company.
Lançon has degrees in both engineering and computer science from
École Polytechnique and École Supérieure d’Électricité and lives in Singapore.

Donald Mondano joined
ManpowerGroup in August 2018 as Senior Vice President, Global Controller and Treasurer and
serves as ManpowerGroup’s Principal Accounting Officer.
Previously, Mondano was
Vice President – Principal Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller at Kellogg, a global
leader in the package food space in Michigan, U.S.. Prior to Kellogg, he was Vice President -
Finance and Corporate Controller at The Manitowoc Company, a Wisconsin-based manufacturer
specializing in products for global food service and construction industries. In this role,
Mondano was responsible for the enterprise reporting and accounting function, enterprise
FP&A and the overall finance function of one of the two business segments, a $1.5B cranes
segment.
Prior to The Manitowoc
Company, Mondano spent more than 11 years with global accounting services firm PwC, in the
Philippines, the U.K. and the U.S. He previously held positions in Phillips Semiconductors and
The Bank of the Philippine Islands, as a cost accountant and commercial lender, respectively.
Mondano earned a
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Accounting from the University of San Carlos in his native
country of the Philippines and a Master’s degree in Applied Finance from the University of
Melbourne in Australia. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the U.S. and the
Philippines.

Michelle Nettles joined ManpowerGroup as Chief People and Culture
Officer responsible for global HR, culture and diversity in July 2019. Nettles brings proven global
leadership and a passion for unlocking people’s potential together with business vision and vast
consumer experience. Prior to ManpowerGroup, Nettles was Chief People and Diversity Officer at
Molson Coors Brewing Company where she spent 20 years in various leadership positions across all
aspects of human resources including executive compensation, talent management, diversity and
inclusion, labor relations and succession planning.
Nettles holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of
Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical
University. She serves on the Board of HR People + Strategy, Thurgood Marshall College Fund in
Washington D.C. and is the Board Chair for Milwaukee Collegiate Academy. Nettles resides with her
husband in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Ganesh Ramakrishnan was
appointed ManpowerGroup’s Chief Technology Officer in January 2015. With his vast
experience across multiple geographies and collaborative mindset, Ramakrishnan leads the
execution and evolution of ManpowerGroup’s technology roadmap.
Ramakrishnan joined
ManpowerGroup from Citigroup where he was most recently Managing Director, Head of Business
Programs and Decision Management for the EMEA Consumer business segment. He also led the
customer analytics practice in EMEA, setting up a center of excellence in Warsaw, and managed
several complex IT operations such as application development, infrastructure management,
security and governance. Ramakrishnan has established and run shared services organizations in
emerging markets and multi-geography software assurance teams.
Ramakrishnan is a
British citizen with a Bachelors in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology and a
Masters in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management. He is also a published
author and a frequent speaker at industry conferences and universities, including London
Business School.

Roumilhac joined
ManpowerGroup in May 2011 as Managing Director, Experis & ManpowerGroup Solutions for
Southern Europe. His experience was key in helping accelerate the execution of the
differentiation and diversification strategy in the region.
He graduated as an
Engineer from the French Arts et Métiers School and began his career with IBM France in 1984 in
sales and management positions. Roumilhac joined IBM Global Services in 1995 and held positions
including Vice President of the Infrastructure Services & Maintenance Division for Western
Europe and Vice President of IBM Global Services France, responsible for Technology service
business lines.
Roumilhac is passionate
about skills development, labor market policy and developing tomorrow’s talent. He is a
regular spokesperson in the media and at leading business events including the World Economic
Forum Annual Meeting and Viva Tech, the world’s leading Tech Conference. He is actively engaged
in Tech for Good, a multi-sector initiative to build a diverse and educated pipeline of tech
talent in France. Roumilhac is a member of the Medef (the French Business Movement) and the

Scabbio is passionate about helping people become more employable
and developing in-demand skills while connecting business with the talent they need to succeed. He
is President of Assolavoro, the Italian Association of Private Employment Agencies and regularly
leads discussions on workforce strategy, skills development and upskilling people in Europe for the
Digital Age including at the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting and in media including the
Financial Times, Reuters, and Bloomberg. Scabbio is the author of books including: Genesis reform:
the new labor market in Italy (2012), The Formula: Institutions, economy and society (2010), and
Work in Progress (2008). Scabbio joined ManpowerGroup in 2003 as Finance Director of Italy. He was
appointed Managing Director of ManpowerGroup Italy in 2006 and named President in 2007.
In 2008, Scabbio became a member of the EMEA Strategic Executive
Team, and in 2010, with the newly created Southern Europe Region, his role expanded to Regional
Managing Director of Italy and Iberia. Before joining ManpowerGroup, Scabbio was Chief Financial
Officer for Esselunga Group, a large supermarket retail group. He has a degree in Economics and

80 countries and territories worldwide. Prior to being elected CEO, Prising served as ManpowerGroup
President from 2012 to 2014, leading the company’s $20 billion operations in the Americas and Southern
Europe, and overseeing the global Right Management and ManpowerGroup Solutions businesses. Prising
joined ManpowerGroup in 1999 and has also served as managing director of Manpower Italy; director of
Manpower Global Accounts — Europe, Middle East and Africa; President of North America; and President
of the Americas.
A recognized expert on the labor market and world of work trends, Prising regularly speaks at
conferences and summits globally, and provides commentary on jobs and employment trends for media. He
is actively engaged in the World Economic Forum, including as a Steward of the Future of Education,
Gender and Work Global System; Co-Chair of the Regional Business Council on Europe and CEO Champion of
the Digital Transformation Initiative.
Before joining ManpowerGroup, Prising worked for Electrolux, a Swedish multinational. During his
10-year tenure with Electrolux, he held various international positions within the consumer goods and

Sales Companies in France and the United Kingdom, and finally head of Global Sales and Marketing for
one of its business-to-business divisions.

Mr. Read currently serves as Chair of the Audit Committee. He is the
former president and chief operating officer of Ingram Micro Inc., a Fortune 100 technology
distributor and supply-chain services provider. Prior to taking on this role, he served on Ingram
Micro’s board of directors and was chief financial officer and executive vice president of Flextronics
Inc. Mr. Read’s financial management and operations background included increasingly important
operational roles at Flextronics where he led many critical initiatives, including leading the
integration of the acquisition of Solectron. Prior to joining Flextronics in 1995, Mr. Read held
various senior financial positions in the UK with Allied Steel and Wire, STI Telecommunications and
Associated British Foods. He graduated from the University of Wales as a Chartered Management

initiatives. Her focus has been growth companies where she developed employment brand strategies that
helped grow the workforce exponentially while establishing company reputation as a leading employer of
choice. Both Yahoo and Southwest were listed on the Fortune 100 Best Companies To Work For in America
and the Fortune 500 during her tenure. She is an adviser/board member to several start-up companies
and consults with corporate clients. Ms. Sartain also serves as the Vice Chair of the AARP Board of
Directors. She holds an MBA from the University of North Texas and a BBA from Southern Methodist
University. She was named by Human Resources Executive as one of the 25 most powerful women in HR in
2005, and is also the author or co-author of three books on HR and Employer Branding.

subsidiary of BMO Financial Group, since 2006 and a Director of ICF International since June 2017. He
retired as Senior Executive Vice President of ManpowerGroup in February 2017, following more than two
decades with the company, including as Chief Financial Officer and in other senior finance and
accounting positions. During his 18 years as CFO, Van Handel was recognized nine times by
Institutional Investor magazine as America's Best CFO for Business and Professional Services.
